SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We charge shipping to UK mainland destinations at the following rates, based on the the total order value.

Less than £50 -  £4.95

£50 and above - Free Shipping.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and Islands  -  £10  regardless of value.

Orders are shipped from Mainland UK.

In stock items like boards we will dispatch in 1-3 days from the order date.

For special order, made to your measurements bespoke boards please allow 5-14 days depending on the size of the project.

We do not ship on Saturdays/ Sundays and public holidays.

 

Some Highland and Island postcodes and the Channel Islands might incur a surcharge or be subject to slightly longer delivery times.
Please contact us to confirm shipping costs if you need to.

Bespoke furniture, kiln dried wood and large orders may incur extra charges. Please contact us to confirm shipping costs before you decide to buy.


We use a variety of carriers and delivery services depending on size, weight or volume of the package. It is up to our discretion which provider we use.

If we have tracking information available we will inform you via email or phone.


We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to dispatch to European countries.

Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery from the dispatch date,  before we will reship or refund orders. If a parcel is lost/­undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are made to a very high standard, from natural wood. Please note that real wood is unique material with its texture, branches and bark, so it's only natural that colour and pattern slightly differs from a photo. 

If you should encounter a problem with one of our wooden products, please get in touch in 14 days of the receiving date, so we can make it right for you! 

You can return or exchange your item only if: we sent you the wrong item / color are not the one you mentioned in your order (please keep in mind that colour might slightly differ as it is a natural and hand made product) / your item arrived defected or damaged.

We might ask for photos for a proof of a damage or/and fault and, if agreed for a return, ask you to return the item to us in the original as-new condition (including any packaging), and you cover the cost of return postage.

We do not offer returns for non-faulty goods, or where they have been made to order at your request, or to your specific dimensions or style.

 

Any refunds will be done using the original payment method.
